The Role:
You will support automotive dealerships in France as the frontline representative. This inbound role focuses on customer care and logistics administration.
DUTIES
* Handle inbound customer care calls
* Assist with technical issues (login problems, passwords, configuring devices)
* Communicate clearly and supportively with customers
* Provide technical support to car dealerships
* Identify and resolve equipment faults
Logistics admin tasks include:
* Arrange delivery of loan equipment
* Coordinate with suppliers for new equipment
* Communicate with installers for setup
* Escalate issues to suppliers when needed
* Follow up with customers on loan equipment returns
