Projects are mainstream buildings structures in all the main materials, including accommodation, modular, commercial buildings, office etc. but all in a high security setting on sensitive sites for clients such as governments, MOD, MOJ etc. For this reason you will need to hold a British passport and be eligible for security clearance. If you already have experience in this type of work and SC in place, this would be very beneficial. The role will include taking responsibility for the structural side of the projects, liaison with external and internal departments, hands on design and running the small structural team.
