This medium sized nursing home with a maximum capacity of 28 service users at one given time requires a dedicated Staff Nurse to work within a beautiful home in Sheffield. The home provides nursing services to younger adults and elderly with Physical Disability, Learning Disabilities and Dementia. You will have excellent clinical skills and a naturally caring approach.
Staff Nurse Skills and responsibilities
1. Monitoring blood sugar levels and IV
2. Wound management
3. Administering oxygen
4. Putting together treatment plans
5. Overseeing a team of care assistants
6. Liaising with GP and multi-disciplinary team
Staff Nurse Requirements
7. Hold a relevant nursing qualification
8. Be registered with the NMC
9. Have satisfactory references
10. Have the right to work in the UK
