We are seeking a highly motivated Property Manager to oversee the operations of our properties.
We're looking for maternity cover from January onwards.
The ideal candidate will have experience in property management or a related field, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, we would love to hear from you.
Qualification: ARLA qualified (preferred, but not necessary)
Job description:
* Liaising with clients on a day-to-day basis via phone, email and text.
* Organising rent payments, contractors' payments, and bank reconciliation.
* Dealing with maintenance queries and arranging repairs.
* Producing, charging, and chasing invoices to landlords or tenants.
* Booking and carrying out inspections/inventories/checkouts of properties and following up with reports.
* Ensuring we are compliant for renting out a property, i.e. Gas safety, Electrical safety, EPCs.
* Carrying out referencing checks and moving in paperwork.
* Refunding deposits with a deposit scheme and dealing with disputes.
* Renewing of contracts and agreeing future tenancies with landlords and tenants via email, phone and DocuSign.

Pay: £15.00-£18.00 per hour
