Job Opportunity: Chef de Partie - Casual at Everton Hill Dickinson Stadium
Key Responsibilities:
* Kitchen Duties:
o Perform kitchen duties and production as directed by the Senior Kitchen Management Team.
o Maintain records and carry out necessary temperature checks.
o Ensure all dish specifications are followed and adhered to.
* Health & Safety:
o Deliver an operation with health and safety at the heart of everything you do.
o Implement company processes for hygiene and safety.
o Ensure compliance with food hygiene, COSHH, and due diligence systems.
* Operational Excellence:
o Liaise with kitchen and front of house staff for service standards.
o Ensure staff uniforms comply with company and legal standards.
o Follow opening and closing procedures and communicate issues to the Senior Management Team.
* Personnel Management:
o Supervise team members
o Ensure prompt time management and deal with day-to-day problems.
o Assist in company training programs and keep personal training up-to-date.
Qualifications:
* Extensive knowledge of food handling and food safety standards.
* Full awareness of allergen and calorie procedures.
* Positive and passionate focus on food and hospitality.
* Experience in a similar environment.
* Ability to communicate effectively between front and back of house teams.
* Calm, resilient, and problem-solving skills.
* Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
