We are seeking a Business Administrator to provide high quality administrative support within a professional services team. This role requires strong client communication skills, excellent organisation, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Carry out a full range of administrative duties to support the team. Manage and respond to a high volume of incoming telephone calls, ensuring all enquiries are handled promptly and effectively. Record information accurately using internal databases and tracking systems. Assist with the opening and closing of client files. Make outgoing telephone calls to clients and other parties as directed, using file information to provide updates.
