This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working within a close knit team environment, and enjoys exposure to a varied project portfolio across both traditional QS and Monitoring Surveying work.
Project Portfolio
* New build housing developments
* Residential refurbishment schemes
* Build to rent developments
* High end residential projects
* Industrial and healthcare schemes, including projects across the Midlands and North Wales.
The ideal candidate will:
* Have circa 4+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor
* Experience working in a consultancy environment
* Be commercially aware and take a hands on approach
* Have a strong work ethic and fit well within a collaborative team environment
* Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car
