EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant – Requirements
* Experience supporting children in Early Years (Nursery or Reception)
* Background working with children with special educational needs, particularly speech and language needs, ASD, or developmental delays
* A genuine passion for children’s learning and development
* Patient, empathetic, resilient, and positive in approach
* Able to build trusting, supportive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents
