* Be the Data Guru: Run key reports using Success Factors, such as monthly new starters, leavers, and more, while supporting the HR team with their reporting needs.

* Build and Innovate: Create report suites, dashboards, and datasets that bring our data to life.

* Keep Us Aligned: Ensure training materials and user guides are refreshed monthly and own newsletters and communications to keep our HR teams informed and inspired.
