Clinical Negligence Solicitor (Claimant) – Bristol
Clinical Negligence Solicitor, 1–3 years PQE, Bristol, GBP 45,000+ (DOE). This is an exciting opportunity to work on a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims, whilst gaining exposure to high-value and complex matters under the guidance of senior lawyers. Job Ref: 1270.
The Role
* You will be responsible for your own caseload of clinical negligence claims from instruction to resolution, under appropriate supervision.
* Assist more senior members of the team with more complex cases.
* Review and analyse medical records, instruct experts, and prepare chronologies.
* Draft pleadings, witness statements, instructions to Counsel, and settlement documents.
Skills Required
* Clinical Negligence Solicitors with between 1–3 years PQE are invited to apply.
* Excellent client care skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters empathetically.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Flexibility, teamwork, and a proactive approach; a genuine commitment to delivering excellent outcomes for clients.
