Responsibilities
* Lead a team of Sales Development Executives! Motivate, drive performance, and optimise quality.
* Work alongside the Client Relationship team to ensure all client needs and expectations are not only met but exceeded.
* Maintain a balance between activity volume and quality to retain commercial value in the sales pipeline.
* Track progress towards meeting sales goals.
* Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities.
* Stay up to date with market trends, competition, and developments across products and the industry.
* Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
The Ideal Candidate
* Prior experience in a B2B outbound sales environment.
* Experience leading a team of Sales Executives or similarly target-driven team members.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent leadership qualities – the ability to inspire and lead from the front!
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
* Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
* Strong time management and organisational skills.
* A desire to learn and grow within the sales field.

* A base salary of up to £35k plus bonus (£10k). Earn commission on renewals!
