Senior App Support Engineer (MuleSoft, Alteryx, Power BI, Snowflake, dbt)
This is a senior operations and application support engineer role within a leading Liverpool-based technology organisation. The position is mainly remote but requires attendance at the central Liverpool office approximately one day per week. The role is Outside IR35 and will be a contract assignment.
As a Senior Ops / App Support Engineer you will support and clear tickets related to MuleSoft, Power BI, Snowflake, Alteryx, dbt and other application and technical operations, ensuring ticket backlogs are cleared quickly and efficiently. You will provide strong communication and organisational support, resolving technical issues and using skills in ETL, SQL, data and analytics. Experience as a developer or data analyst and knowledge of finance/banking are beneficial, and certifications in the relevant platforms are preferred.
