The Role
Are you passionate about perfume and love people? Do you want to be part of a supportive team and thrive in a fast‑paced environment? As a Sales Advisor, you will create an outstanding customer experience and grow sales. You will assist with the daily operational running of the store, be customer focused, and work with an amazing and supportive team to deliver against key targets that drive the success of your store.
Contracted Hours: 12
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract
Pay Rate: £8.81 - £13.04
What You Will Do
* Greet customers and give great service by listening to their needs.
* Provide advice to customers on their perfume choices as certified perfume experts.
* Help the team achieve and exceed store and team targets, and take advantage of incentives and prizes for success.
* Offer a free reward card to every customer to maximize future offers and potential savings.

* Commission at Christmas based on store sales and the number of hours worked.
