This programme is designed to support graduates from day one, providing a clear and structured pathway into teaching without the upfront cost of traditional training routes.

The role:
Youll begin by working alongside experienced teachers, gradually increasing your teaching responsibilities as your confidence grows.
* Supporting Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 exposure may be available)
* Assisting with lesson delivery and student progress
* Progressing into teaching your own classes (typically 1012 lessons)
* Receiving regular coaching and feedback from experienced staff

Requirements:
* A degree in Maths or a related subject (e.g. Engineering, Physics)

o Mentoring
o Youth work
o Coaching or club leadership
o School-based or voluntary experience with children
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, enthusiastic approach
