Location: Unit 4-7, West Point Business Park, Westmead, Aylesford, ME20 6XJ

Reports to: Head of Marketing

Purpose of the role: As a Content Creator you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging content that reflects the 501 brand, building audience connection, and supporting business goals. Using storytelling, trends, and creative formats such as blogs, videos, graphics, and social media, to capture attention, grow communities, and drive measurable outcomes such as, traffic, sales, or awareness. By balancing creativity with strategy, you will ensure content is relevant, consistent, and valuable, helping the brand stay culturally current while positioning it as a trusted and recognisable presence.

Core Responsibilities:

* Create short-form and long-form video content tailored to Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube.
* Develop engaging B2B-focused stories: product demos, customer case studies, behind-the-scenes, event activations, user-generated style clips, and interactive "how it works" videos.
* Repurpose content into graphics, stories, carousels, and short video cuts for daily posting.
* Manage community engagement (comments, shares, DMs) alongside marketing team.
* Track performance analytics and optimise content formats for reach and engagement.
* Collaborate with sales to align campaigns with lead-gen goals (e.g. "Book a demo" CTAs).

Core Skills:

The 'how' we fulfil our role is very important and therefore the following skills required for this role have been identified as:

* Content ideation: Generating fresh, engaging concepts that align with audience interests.
* Storytelling: Crafting narratives that capture attention and evoke emotion.
* Design sense: Understanding visual aesthetics, layout, and branding. Specifically social media reel transitions that enhance engagement and views.
* Adaptability: Tailoring content to different platforms (e.g., Instagram reels vs. LinkedIn posts).
* Social media expertise: Understanding algorithms, trends, and best practices to create the best content for each platform.
* Knowledge and understanding of Capcut as an editing tool, adobe would also be desirable but not compulsory
