Foreign Payrolls Processing of multiply foreign countries to include several EMEA regions. Collate payroll information and input onto spreadsheets or the payroll database -
1. Stock calculation and input
2. Send spreadsheets and supporting documents where necessary to local accountants
3. Input data directly into payroll database for several regions manually or by import
4. Check returned payslips/gross to net reports
5. Raise employees’ net pays where applicable
6. Raise third party payments where applicable
7. Filing
8. Prepare and park journals for posting into SAP
2. ESPP (Employee Stock Purchase Plan) for foreign payrolls above
9. Implement percentage changes, withdrawal requests, new members
10. Refund leavers
11. Update spreadsheets for all payrolls
12. Check total amount agrees to that posted in SAP
13. Advise employees when maximum reached
14. Process gains in February and August
15. Re-enter maxed out employees for new ESPP plan year (keep ongoing and updated list)
16. Answer employee queries

17. Assisting with P11Ds for UK payroll
4. Year End
18. Assist with balancing year end data where necessary
5. Assist with data retrieval
19. Internal SOX audits
20. -Government Audits
6. Ad Hoc
21. Maintain Starter/ Leaver spreadsheet
22. Maintain Payroll Progress Checklist
23. Filing (paper and electronic)
24. Deputise for existing payroll staff where necessary
25. Filing and housekeeping
26. Update payroll procedure manual
Skills/Experience
Essential
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills to include Vlookup, sumif etc
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure to meet targets and deadlines
- Able to deal with complex, challenging and sensitive confidential work
- General payroll or accounting experience
- Clear and logical approach
- Conscientious, problem solving, take ownership of issues
Desirable
- Foreign payroll experience not necessary but an advantage.
- Knowledge of Immedis payroll system
- Language skills
- Able to prioritise own workload
- Work as an efficient team member as well as using initiative when working independently
- Flexible
- Strong communication skills -Immedis payroll system
