Vehicle Technician Required in Tonbridge, Kent:
1. Basic Salary: L1 Technician up to £35,000 | L2 Technician up to £40,000 | L3 Diagnostic Technician up to £45,000
2. On-Target Earnings: Competitive and uncapped – earn £60,000+
3. Working Hours: 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, Saturdays on a 1in 4 /1 in 6 rota basis

Duties of a Vehicle Technician with our Client:
10. Carrying out diagnostics, repairs, servicing, and maintenance to a high standard.
11. Communicating technical information to Service Advisors and customers in a clear and professional manner.
12. Working collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient workshop operations.
13. Staying up to date with industry innovations and participating in manufacturer training programs.
What our client expects of their Vehicle Technicians:
14. A qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) ideally to Level 3 standard.
15. Proven experience working on a range of vehicles, ideally within a premium or luxury environment.
16. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent workmanship.
17. A positive, can-do attitude and ability to work effectively within a team.
18. A full UK driving licence (preferably clean).
