You'll be working closely with students in small groups and 1:1, helping them re-engage with learning, manage behaviour positively, and develop confidence both inside and outside the classroom. Some days may be spent supporting pupils off-site, so a car and full UK driving licence are essential. We're looking for someone who's patient, resilient and compassionate, with experience supporting young people in education, youth work or care. This is a full-time, term-time role with the opportunity to become permanent after a successful period via Monarch Education.
