Support the Junior Kitchen Manager and oversee daily operations in your section. Ensure efficiency and compliance with food safety policies. Maintain a clean and organized workstation while adhering to health and safety regulations. Lead, train, and mentor Commis Chefs, providing guidance and support as needed. This is a
35-hour role
, working 5 days over 7, including weekends, with pay received fortnightly. Here are the shift details: Breakfast Shifts:
4am - 12pm Dinner Shifts:
11am - 7:30pm Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the business and support your team. If you’re over 18 and relocating to the area, live-in accommodation may be available, subject to a DBS check. About You
We’re looking for someone with: Experience in a similar role within a high-volume environment. A passion for stepping up to the next level in your culinary career. Level 3 Food Safety qualification (desirable). Confidence in leading a team to maintain high standards in a fast-paced kitchen. You should be hardworking, determined, and reliable, always seeking better ways for the team to deliver our brand standards.
