Hire Controller Based within the depot, the Hire Controller plays a key role at the heart of our operation, supporting both sales and customer service. This is a busy and rewarding position where building strong relationships with customers and colleagues is essential. Youll coordinate the full hire process from enquiry through to delivery and collection, working closely with different teams across the depot to make sure customers receive the right equipment, on time, with a high level of service throughout. Day to day, youll work closely with stock teams, drivers and engineers, helping to keep operations running smoothly and ensuring customers are kept updated every step of the way.
