Early Careers Technical Assistant
As a Technical Assistant in Aon Bermuda's Launch program, you’ll join our Financial Services/Management Lines team supporting brokers and client managers. This role offers hands‑on experience in broking operations, compliance, and client servicing while building a foundation for a career in risk and insurance consulting.

What the day will look like
* Provide technical and administrative support to brokers and account managers.
* Manage premium receivables, prepare invoices, and ensure timely payments to carriers.
* Maintain and update databases and internal systems for accuracy and compliance.
* Assist in creating presentations, compiling statistics, and preparing client deliverables.
* Ensure accuracy of legal documentation and adherence to regulatory standards.
* Communicate daily with brokers and internal teams to support client needs.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
* Strong analytical and organizational skills; attention to detail.

* Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
* December 2026 – June 2027 collage graduates with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field preferred)
