Job Description With the Global Brand Team of Orient Express, this position drives the construction of theidentity, concepts, operations, and experiences of the Orient Express Projects: Hotels already in project, trains (La Dolce Vita), and others to come. Reporting to the VP Global Brand, the role and responsabilities of the Brand Standards Specialist will be : For the Trains : - Supervision of the development of Standard Operating Procedures - Development of signature project elements, signature OS&Es (uniforms, linens, amenities, etc.) and OS&E Brand Standards. - Following progress of train constructions and mock-ups via follow-ups with construction teams, General Managers, and internal Accor teams such as the D&Ts. - Development of the trains’ concept and identities (colour palettes, fonts, logos, mood boards, amenities, etc.) - Development of F&B concepts - Development of Spa & Wellness concepts - Development of the on and off-board experiences - Development of hotel Guest Experience Programs and Guest Journey - Management of stakeholders relations with the Property Companies - Development of the design of future trains - Supervision and continuous improvement of operations during soft opening - Supervision and continuous improvement of ongoing operations - Coordination of special projects, activations, and future initiatives related to the Brand - Continuous creation of Brand strategies For the Hotels: - Development, implementation, and improvement of Standard Operating Procedures - Development of signature project elements, signature OS&Es (uniforms, linens, amenities, etc.) and OS&E Brand Standards. - Development of Standard Project Documents (e.g., hotel factsheets) - Development of the hotels’ concept and identity (colour palettes, fonts, logos, mood boards, etc.) - Following progress of constructions and mock-ups via follow-ups with construction teams, General Managers, and internal Accor teams such as the D&Ts. - Development of hotel Guest Experience Programs and Guest Journey - Development of F&B concepts - Development of Spa & Wellness concepts - Development of excursions and experience packages to offer guests - Development of ultra-luxury benchmark analyses - Management of stakeholders relations with the Property Company. - Supervision and continuous improvement of the experiences and operations during the soft opening period - Supervision and continuous improvement of experiences and operations after hotel openings - Coordination of projects and activations related to the Brand - Continuous creation of Brand strategies Qualifications Typical Background: Bachelor's degree (and preferably a Master’ degree) in Hospitality Management or a related field (a relevant combination of education and experience will be considered). - Fluent in French, Italian, and English. - Knowledge on operations and guest experience principles, strategies, and best practices, specifically within the luxury hospitality segment. - Success in curating operations and experiences within luxury hotel settings, with a focus on new project launches. - Ability to develop and implement strategic brand initiatives - Being a creative thinker with an eye for innovation and a passion for pushing boundaries in luxury hospitality, creating and innovating operations and experiences, amenities, and services that set new industry standards and drive brand loyalty. - Project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously from concept to completion.
