Milk Education Liverpool is looking for a compassionate and proactive Secondary Student Support to work within local secondary schools. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys supporting young people, thrives in a dynamic classroom environment, and wants to make a real difference in pupils’ lives.
Role Overview
As a Secondary Student Support, you will:
1. Support students across KS3–KS4 with academic, behavioural, or SEND needs
2. Work closely with teachers to enhance lesson delivery and classroom engagement
3. Provide targeted 1:1 or small-group interventions
4. Help students build confidence, resilience, and positive learning routines
5. Assist with behaviour support and contribute to a calm, safe learning space
6. Encourage independence and progress for all pupils
