The Role:
In this brand-new Senior Account Executive position you will be representing an award-winning portfolio of Software solutions around Accounting, Tax, Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) and Payroll technology aimed at Mid-Market clients in a variety of industry sectors.
Supported by an outstanding marketing and lead generation team, you will be tasked with performing a business development (new business) role in the UK&I market. You will be working in an autonomous sales environment (not micro-managed) so we are looking for self-motivated candidates that can work in a hybrid environment of home and office in Central London 2-3 days per week.
The Candidate:
Ideally, we require candidates with a demonstrable track record over over-achievement in the FinTech or Financial Software arena who have worked in a new business capacity. Obviously Financial Software experience is the most desirable, but please still get in touch if you have sold other technology into Finance Departments of corporate or mid-market clients
You must be driven and self-motivated, with the ability to follow a structured and consultative sales cycle as this company is a global market leader and their clients expect a high-quality level of service and support.
The Package:
Package is ultimately negotiable for an Senior Account Executive, however initial indications are in the region of £70,000 basic salary + Uncapped Commission generating a Year 1 OTE of circa £120k.
