Key Responsibilities: * Supply technical advice to the processing team on jobs, parts, assets, and customer issues. * Helping the team supervisor improve productivity and workflow. * Keeping asset details, service info, and job records up to date. * Making sure technician job reports, hours, and purchases are recorded correctly. * Checking job sheets and certificates for accuracy * Entering data into the PAMS system and client portals. * Keeping all technician work records and documents organised. * Handling subcontractor jobs, check costs, and follow up on quotes and queries. * Making sure all jobs are processed the same day or flagged for follow-up.
