Residential Conveyancing and Plot Sales Paralegal
Location: Milton Keynes - Onsite
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
A respected law firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their dynamic Residential Property team in Milton Keynes. This role offers a unique opportunity to handle a variety of residential conveyancing tasks, including plot sales and Housing Association matters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review title, searches, and supporting documents.
* Prepare contract documentation and minor amendments.
* Prepare and deliver Reports on Title and Searches to clients.
* Handle Housing Association matters including shared ownership plot sales.
* Prepare and respond to Land Registry requisitions.
* Manage exchange of contracts, completions, and related documentation.
* Provide professional service to clients, including updating trackers and client communications.
* Participate in marketing events and promote the firm's services.
Essential Requirements:
* Experience in residential property and conveyancing procedures.
* Knowledge of CQS Scheme and ability to prepare SDLT/LTT, AP1/FR1 forms.
* Proficient in IT and legal industry-specific systems.
* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a busy team environment.
