The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Conveyancing Lawyer to join our growing property team. You will manage a varied caseload of residential transactions from instruction through to completion, delivering a high standard of client care and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents and lenders.

Key Responsibilities
* Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters
* Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Dealing with remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions
* Preparing and reviewing contracts and title documentation
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory and lender requirements
* Meeting deadlines and progressing matters efficiently
* Supporting networking and business development activities
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing
* Qualified Solicitor or CILEx Lawyer with a current practising certificate
* Ability to work independently with secretarial support
* Strong organisational and file management skills
* Excellent client care and attention to detail
* Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines
* Interest in networking and developing client relationships
