Freight Forwarding Operator – Imports / Exports (Air, Road & Sea)

We are recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing freight forwarding business that is looking to appoint an experienced Freight Forwarding Operator to support its ongoing expansion.
This is a hands-on position suited to someone with solid industry experience who is comfortable managing import and/or export movements across air, road, and sea freight.
Key responsibilities:
* Managing shipments from start to finish for import and/or export operations
* Handling air, road, and sea freight movements
* Liaising with customers, overseas agents, and carriers
* Preparing, checking, and processing all shipping documentation
* Ensuring customs compliance and smooth delivery of shipments
About you:
* Proven experience within the freight forwarding industry
* Strong understanding of import or export operations
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
