OTE- £40,000 - Uncapped Commission - Career Progression - Company Car or Car Allowance
As the Instruction Manager, working full time within the busy Westbury Branch, your key responsibilities will be winning new business and converting valuations in to instructions, helping to grow the Allen & Harris Property Portfolio in and around the Westbury, Warminster, Frome and Trowbridge areas.
This is the ideal position for a forward thinking estate agent, with a strong customer service background, looking to take the next steps in their career.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Senior Estate Agent
* Preferably an experienced Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, Valuations Manager, Residential Sales Manager or an Senior Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator looking for that step up and progress your career
* Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
* Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A Full UK driving licence holder
