Responsibilities
* Conduct wireless site surveys for enterprise and industrial environments.
* Design high-performance wireless network solutions based on survey results.
* Work closely with customers to understand requirements and environment constraints.
* Produce detailed wireless design documentation and reports.
* Stage and prepare equipment prior to deployments.
* Support implementation activities when required alongside field engineers.
* Provide technical input during pre-sales and solution discussions.
* Ensure wireless deployments are optimised for performance, coverage, and reliability.
Skills / Must have
* Strong experience performing wireless network surveys.
* Hands-on experience with tools such as Ekahau (preferred), Hamina, or AirMagnet.
* Experience designing wireless networks within enterprise or industrial environments.
* Strong understanding of Wi-Fi design principles and RF behaviour.
* Ability to confidently engage with customers during surveys and design discussions.
* Strong documentation and reporting skills.
* Technology Environment:
o HPE Aruba Wireless (primary platform)
o Cisco Wireless
o Fortinet Wireless
o Nice to have:
o ECSE certification
o Aruba wireless certifications
o Experience working in warehouse or large industrial environments.
* Location & Working Pattern:
o Remote working.
o Travel required to customer sites across the South of the UK when needed.

Salary
* £40,000 – £50,000 per annum
