We're now looking for a Process Coordinator,
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Provide sustained process control within the assigned operational area by maintaining material flow, productivity and compliance through proactive monitoring, rapid issue resolution and expert operational intervention.
* The Process Controller acts as an embedded operational authority, ensuring stability, resilience and performance under both normal operating conditions and periods of disruption, including short‑term resource gaps.
* Accountable for end‑to‑end process performance within a defined operational area on a shift basis
* Acts as first point of expert escalation for process, system, equipment and flow‑related issues
* Provides operational continuity and leadership cover during short‑term absence of other Process Controllers and warehouse operative roles
* Maintains productivity, safety and service standards during periods of disruption or reduced support capacity
