* Extend cold water feed into outbuilding to supply washing machine. * Supply and install waste for drain for washing machine. * Supply and install waste for tumble dryer * Install up to 5x down lights. (Colour tbc). * Supply and install 2 x A-rated white Upvc double glazed top opening windows with obscure glass. * Supply and install 2 x white Upvc external doors 1 half glazed to match new kitchen door, 1 x fully glazed both with obscure glass to match. * Construct and install cabinets * Install worktop. * Install washing machine * Install tumble dryer. * Install tiles to splash back area above worktop 4 x tiles high. * Install LVT flooring. * Supply and install skirting boards. * Supply and install programmable electric radiator. * Dispose of project related waste.
