We are currently seeking a strong Onboarding Executive to join our Commercial team.
Reports To: Onboarding Team Manager
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Richmond UK, Hybrid
About the role:
* You will welcome new B2B accounts to the MOTORS & Cazoo platforms and introduce customers to their advertising packages
* Support customers through Onboarding journey, providing both product knowledge and completing technical processes to set up their account in a timely manner
* You’ll drive solutions, escalating any technical issues and ensure the next steps are communicated to the customer
* Driving a customer powered approach, you will ensure that customers have the necessary information and technical support to get their advertising live in line with internal SLA’s
* A role with autonomy, owning end to end onboarding process including, outbound and inbound calls, case management, feed set up and sales support
