Overview
You will assist the Estates Team within Property and Place with the management of the asset portfolio. Work will include valuations, lease renewals, rent reviews, lettings, inspections of the assets, property management and reporting to Senior Officers and members on the performance of the portfolio.
Responsibilities
* Work within the Estates Team to manage the asset portfolio, including valuations, lease renewals, rent reviews, lettings, inspections and ongoing property management.
* Report to Senior Officers and members on portfolio performance.
Qualifications and experience
* Experience delivering against targets within a commercial environment; up to date with current property legislation and practice.
* First-hand knowledge of property-related issues faced by local authorities and other public sector organisations.
* Ability to meet tight deadlines and collect and analyse complex information, evaluate factors, and draw logical, reasoned conclusions.
