* Shape business cases, mitigate risks, and ensure successful delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
* Coach team members, influence strategic decisions, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Degree in a business or technical field.
* Formal project management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, MSP).
* Ability to coach team members and contribute to continuous improvement.
