Assistant Manager - The Massage Company
Location: High Wycombe
Salary: £28,000-£30,000 + commission + bonus
The Massage Company is seeking an ambitious Assistant Manager for its High Wycombe centre. This role is ideal for individuals with experience as a Sales Manager, Sales Team Leader, or Front of House Manager looking to step into a more diverse and challenging role within an exciting concept. It offers a pathway to progress to Centre Manager or General Manager roles based on business growth in 2025 and beyond.

Position Requirements
* Represent the company positively within the centre, especially to customers and members
* Assist in selling memberships and generating new clientele through face-to-face and follow-up sales
* Support the Centre Manager in establishing operational processes and uphold company ethos and culture
* Create excellent customer experiences through friendly and helpful service
* Manage appointment scheduling via phone, email, and in person
* Respond to customer inquiries with urgency and care
* Participate in promotional activities onsite and offsite
* Handle HR, holiday, scheduling, and operational processes
* Work a minimum of 30 hours per week
* Maintain excellent communication with customers, staff, and management
* Must be eligible to work in the UK and communicate professionally in English
