Salary: £26,000-£27,000 per annum DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

The Role
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team at Cheshire Plants Ltd, a leading hedging and screening nursery. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day administrative tasks, and supporting our sales efforts. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and facilitating smooth operations within our business.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
* Provide detailed information about our hedging and screening nursery products and services.
* Assist customers with their orders and address any concerns or issues.
Administrative Support:
* Manage daily administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and inventory management.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Assist in preparing reports and documentation as needed.
Sales Support:
* Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell products and services to existing customers.
* Support the sales team in reaching sales targets by following up on leads and inquiries.
* Participate in promotional activities and assist with marketing efforts.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or sales preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of horticulture or gardening is a plus
