Job Description
3. Partner with the Group CFO, Director of Finance and leadership team, providing proactive support and challenge on all aspects of people and organisation development that contribute to the strategic goals of the business
4. Lead on all people aspects of the Transformation programme
5. Understand the business, commercially, culturally and strategically to develop and embed improvement across employee engagement, development, diversity and inclusion, talent and succession planning, L&D, performance management and resource planning
6. Build workforce plans which include resource, structure and capability considerations to support business growth and delivery
7. Support the business in building an ambitious, flexible, agile and collaborative place to work
8. Manage two Senior HR Business Partners and collaborate closely with the centres of excellence
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of HR should have:
9. An experienced Head of HR within a complex, matrix organisation
10. Experienced in transformation & change in a complex, large scale organisation
11. Experience of leading organisational change with a focus on talent management, organisation design and culture change
12. Understanding and practical application of project management techniques
13. Demonstrates conceptual, analytical and strategic thinking abilities
14. Financial services is desirable but not essential
15. A degree is desirable
