Role Overview

The Emergency Practitioner will work in one of our four nurse/paramedic led Minor Injury Units, treating approximately 3,000 patients per month and working closely with Primary Care Networks and acute hospitals.
Responsibilities
* Autonomously assess and treat patients across a shift system covering the MIU Unit, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
* Lead together with a passion to provide patient‑centred care and make excellent clinical assessment and decision‑making.
* Work as part of a multidisciplinary team that prides itself on excellent team working and support of each other while treating a diverse range of conditions.
* Utilise skills to deliver excellent care to a wide group of patients, providing a challenging but rewarding opportunity.
Qualifications
* Registered Nurse or Paramedic.
* Desire to autonomously assess and treat patients.
* Excellent clinical assessment and decision‑making skills.
* Passion to provide patient‑centred care.
