An outstanding opportunity has arisen at a leading independent school in Kent for a dedicated and enthusiastic Physics Teacher to join our dynamic Science Department on a 1-year fixed-term contract starting in September 2025.
We are seeking a well-qualified teacher who is passionate about Physics and committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences. This role would suit a Physics specialist with strong subject knowledge, whether newly qualified or experienced, who is keen to inspire and challenge students across Key Stages 3 to 5.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* A relevant degree and recognised teaching qualification (QTS/PGCE or equivalent)
* A strong subject specialism in Physics
* Experience teaching Physics up to at least GCSE level (A-Level experience desirable)
* A commitment to upholding the academic ethos and high standards of an independent school
* The ability to contribute to the wider life of the school, including co-curricular activities
