Job Title - French Speaking AP Clerk Salary - £28k - £36k per annum Contract - Permanent Location - Hertfordshire Working Pattern - Hybrid Job Responsibilities Process supplier invoices with precision and efficiency, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted within required timeframes. Maintain compliance with internal policies as well as relevant financial regulations, demonstrating responsibility in all aspects of accounts payable. Communicate clearly and professionally with French-speaking suppliers and stakeholders, addressing queries and resolving discrepancies promptly. Handle accounts payable queries by investigating issues thoroughly and collaborating with other departments to find considerate solutions. Keep meticulous records and documentation for audit purposes, supporting transparency and accountability throughout the accounts payable process. Assist with month-end closing procedures by preparing reconciliations and supporting reports, contributing to communal success within the finance team. Support the wider accounting and finance department by undertaking administrative tasks that foster teamwork and ensure smooth operations. Experience Required Fluency in both French and English-written and spoken-enabling you to communicate sensitively with international suppliers and stakeholders. Experience in accounts payable or related accounting roles that demonstrates your dependability in handling financial transactions responsibly.
