Maintain compliance with internal policies as well as relevant financial regulations, demonstrating responsibility in all aspects of accounts payable. Communicate clearly and professionally with French-speaking suppliers and stakeholders, addressing queries and resolving discrepancies promptly. Handle accounts payable queries by investigating issues thoroughly and collaborating with other departments to find considerate solutions. Keep meticulous records and documentation for audit purposes, supporting transparency and accountability throughout the accounts payable process. Assist with month-end closing procedures by preparing reconciliations and supporting reports, contributing to communal success within the finance team.
