Protocol Education is recruiting a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work within inclusive schools across Hounslow.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
* Deliver 1:1 and small-group support
* Assist teachers with classroom activities
* Encourage confidence, independence, and engagement
Requirements:
* Experience supporting children or young people
* SEN experience beneficial but not essential
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Enhanced DBS preferred
