The Role:
We are looking for an organised administrator responsible for managing the development and delivery of ICE Training public & In-house courses in the UK and overseas.
In addition, you will be an ambassador for the values of the ICE Group, delivering a customer-first approach in all aspects of your role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Scheduling, monitoring, and administering all aspects of ICET Public training courses, including online training and registrations for UK and international programmes.
* Scheduling, monitoring, and administering all aspects of ICET In-House training courses, including online training and registrations.
* Registering and confirming delegates on public courses and sending out joining instructions 14 days prior to the course.
* Informing delegates of cancellations 14 days prior to the course.
* Responding to client queries about public training, course content, locations, and availability via phone and email.
* Sourcing tutors and suitable venues for public training dates within budget.
* Administering eLearning LMS, setting up and cancelling users, and working with developers on issues.
* Providing cover for team members when needed.
* Booking accommodation and travel for tutors according to the Tutors Handbook.
* Processing tutor and venue invoices through the Purchase Order system for payment.
About You:
* Experience in training/events administration.
* Experience with database management and reporting.
* Some budget management experience is beneficial.
* Salesforce experience is desirable but not essential.
* Attention to detail and excellent telephone manners are essential.
* An innovative, professional approach and strong teamwork skills are required.
