Arnold & Porter have an opening for a Revenue Assistant in the London office. The Revenue Assistant is a key role in performing and supporting billing and collections for London, Amsterdam, Brussels, Seoul, and Shanghai accurately and on time, working with Partners and other fee earners.

Your responsibilities will include billing and e-billing including running daily Work in Progress (WIP) reports and submitting client accruals in a timely manner and ensuring month end billing deadlines are met. In addition, you will prepare and submit the international offices e-bills in LEDES or other formats. You will also work to assist the Billing Manager and the e-bill team on a regular basis to highlight any e-billing issues.

Your duties will range from collections / accounts receivable, where you will be handling the collections work for the international office clients and participating in monthly WIP and Debt management meetings with the revenue controller and billing manager in regard to outstanding AR, any write-off requests, and WIP. In addition you will also be handling the AML and KYC queries from Partners, attorneys and staff as well as providing overflow support to the AP and expenses function.

You will have experience working in a law firm with the following requirements:

* Handling billing, collections/accounts receivable and ideally have e-billing experience.
* Proficiency in Aderant billing software is preferred.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to organize time, prioritize workload effectively, and work independently.
* Reliability, dependability, and strong motivation to respond to requests quickly.
