Description
Employee Relations & Compliance - Manage low-moderate ER cases in line with policy and UK Law
Recruitment & Onboarding - Co-ordinate end to end recruitment inc, advertising, screening, ref, onboarding
HRIS & Data Quality - Maintain all starter / leaver / absence, provide metrics and run audits
HR Admin & Payroll - Process monthly HR changes for payroll cut off
Training Co-Ordination - Support with training needs analysis, and co-ordination of delivery
Policy - Support with policy roll outs and maintain documents
Engagement & Co-Ordination - co-ordinate activities, surveys and follow upProfile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
Previous experience in a similar Human Resources role
Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in using HR systems and software.
Ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
