Job Title: eDiscovery Technical Lead – Fully Remote
Location: Anywhere in the UK or Northern Ireland (100% remote, office proximity not required)
Salary: £80,000 – £90,000
About the Role:
A top-tier law firm is seeking a senior eDiscovery Technical Lead to join their team. This is a critical, hands-on role for a highly experienced professional who can troubleshoot, lead, and deliver complex technical solutions across the eDiscovery lifecycle.
This role is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK or Northern Ireland. London proximity is not required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert technical leadership for the eDiscovery function, including EDRM processes.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues quickly and efficiently.
* Support eDiscovery managers and other stakeholders with advanced technical guidance.
* Lead and mentor a high-performing team, building on existing successful foundations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of technical solutions.
* Drive continuous improvement in technical operations and standards.
What We’re Looking For:
* Extensive experience in eDiscovery technical leadership within law firms, Big 4, or comparable environments.
* Proven ability to deliver hands-on technical solutions, troubleshooting at pace.
* Deep understanding of EDRM, collections, and relevant platforms (collections experience is advantageous but not mandatory).
* Ability to work independently in a remote setting, while collaborating effectively with team members.
* Track record of leading successful technical teams and mentoring staff.
* High attention to detail and a pragmatic, results-oriented approach.
