Job Description:
Business Development Executive
OA is recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join our client's award-winning contractor payroll company that specializes in UK and international payroll services.
The successful candidate will have previous sales experience and operate within a progressive working environment with excellent future prospects and earning potential.
Location: Kings Langley
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. Office-based.
Salary: OTE £45,000 (uncapped), including a basic salary of £28,000-£33,000 and a £5,000 car allowance.

Key Responsibilities:
* Drive and prioritize personal sales activities and customer contact to achieve business targets.
* Generate new business leads through outbound calls, proactive research, and network contacts.
* Identify and pursue potential markets and prospects.
* Meet qualified prospects face-to-face when appropriate.
* Record all activity accurately on Salesforce.
* Maintain company documents and records securely and up-to-date using approved databases.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Skills and Experience:
* Excellent sales skills via phone and in person.
* Experience in recruitment, sales, or construction is advantageous.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, with strong time management skills.
* Excellent communication and empathetic skills.
* Focused on customer service and exceeding targets.
* Knowledge of P.A.Y.E. and taxation is preferred but not essential.
* Proficient in mathematics, English, MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
