We are working with a specialist SEN secondary school in the Bury area seeking enthusiastic graduates to join their team as Cover Supervisors. No teaching qualification required – just confidence, adaptability, and a passion for helping students succeed. You will be supporting children with moderate SEN needs such as Autism, ADHD, struggles with Speech and Language and challenging behaviour.

Your Responsibilities
* Supervise classes during teacher absence, ensuring pupils stay engaged.
* Deliver pre-prepared lessons and maintain a positive learning environment.
* Support students with SEN needs on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.
* Implement behaviour management strategies and promote inclusion.
* Work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure continuity of learning.
* Uphold safeguarding and school policies at all times.
