In this critical role, you will be the showerhead of our Day Operations, ensuring a smooth, consistent flow from receiving to dispatch. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring all orders are picked, packed, and shipped with the precision of a perfectly balanced bath. Your Duties: Keeping Operations Polished Lead the Team: You'll be the master of motivation, inspiring your team to achieve peak performance – no clogged drains here! You'll foster a positive and collaborative team spirit, acting as a true Communication Champion. Operational Excellence: From receiving new stock to dispatching dreamy bathroom suites, you'll oversee all aspects of the warehouse with the efficiency of a power shower. This includes ensuring optimal use of our space, making sure every towel rail and tap is accounted for. Safety First: You'll be the guardian of a safe and secure working environment, ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed. What We're Looking For: Your Essential Plumbing Minimum 2 years' warehouse experience, preferably with a leadership twist. Leadership skills that would make a Roman emperor proud. Communication and organisational skills sharper than a brand new tap. The ability to prioritise and thrive under pressure (we're talking deadlines, not leaky pipes !). A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy (no room for misplaced fittings here!). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (because spreadsheets are your secret weapon!). A working knowledge of WMS is a definite plus. A valid forklift truck license (e.g., counterbalance or reach truck) is the cherry on top of this career opportunity!
