Are you a pro at multitasking with a passion for people and a creative flair? My client, based in Hertford is looking for a high-energy Administrator to join their team.

This isn't just about filing papers—it’s a fast-paced role where you’ll be the face of their brand, the voice of their customer service, and the creative mind behind their social media.

Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as the primary point of contact, handling inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and a "customer-first" mindset.

* Direct calls to the appropriate departments or resolve inquiries directly where possible.

* Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

* Proactively contact existing customers via phone and email to follow up on orders and ensure a seamless purchasing process.

* Assist in digital marketing efforts by creating engaging flyers, brochures, and social media content specifically for the catering range.

* Organise outgoing transport and track deliveries to ensure timely arrival for the clients.

About You:

We are looking for a proactive "all-rounder" who thrives in a busy environment. You should be:

* Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities without losing sight of the details.

* Confident and articulate, whether you’re speaking to a long-term client or drafting a social media post.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software.

* Equally comfortable working independently on projects or collaborating as part of a close-knit office team.

Qualifications & Experience:

* GCSEs or equivalent, including Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths.

* Previous experience in a sales or high-touch customer service environment is preferred.

* Basic experience or an interest in digital marketing/graphic design (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
